The Personal Development program is designed to help you understand the five areas of personal growth and explore why, where, and how to make improvements in your life. Personal growth requires introspection and effort, but you can adopt methods for evaluating your current mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and social states as well as take steps to develop areas in your life that could use improvement. The Personal Development program provides you with the opportunity to create a Personal Development Plan that allows you to determine your strengths and weaknesses while developing life areas that might need improvement. You may find that there are certain areas of your personal growth that depends on your strengths, challenges, and goals. You may also find that certain categories of personal growth relate to your career more than others, and you may choose to focus on those to enhance your opportunities for professional achievement. You need to launch this process while fully recognizing that personal growth takes time, but tracking your progress can help you visualize your improvements and partner with you on the journey to your personal development.
