Goal setting is undoubtedly an important method to measure progress and growth in people. The concept behind goal setting is to create conscious decisions to move forward towards achieving personal  development and reaching  desired outcomes. In this lessons, students are introduced to short and long-term goals,  methods and strategies needed to design a goal, and ways to achieve these goals. The lesson reinforces discussion, openness and sharing of ideas.
