Course Description:

At the end of this course, you will be able 

  • Outline the nutrition pyramid that describes the recommended nutritional needs for a healthy living.
  • Understand health concerns.
  • Identify and compare the various forms of diets.
  • Compare, analyze and draw conclusions about nutritional information and values.


This lessons introduces the healthy habits that people should adapt to improve their life styles. Students will be able to understand what the term " nutritional values / facts" means. They will  also work on enhancing  their diets to boost their immunity system.
