Course Description:

At the end of this course, you will be able to: 

  • Understand  the benefits of being physically active.
  • Identify ways to become physically active.
  • Learn how to keep track of their physical activities   


 We all agree that being physically active is important for our well being. Despite the fact, that people are aware of the benefits of being healthy, they usually lack motivation to work out. "Fitness" is usually a synonym  of five mile runs and hours in a weight room. In fact, adopting a physically active lifestyle does not have to require much time or effort. This is especially true for people who are extremely sedentary. A slight increase in a person's activity level can lead to significant benefits.
