Course Description

At the end of this course, you will be able to

  • Use and develop different strategies to deal with anger.


Stormy feelings are an outburst of strong emotions that are difficult to manage and handle. In this lesson, students will learn about the emotion of anger. They will also study how to identify situations where this emotion can be experienced and triggered. Finally, students will learn how to handle the emotions using healthy strategies and methods.
