Anatomy of Healthy Living

The key to adopting a healthier lifestyle, starts with nourishing one’s body through learning about its mechanics to nurturing ones’ soul through reflection and introspection.  This course is designed to educate you about the nutritional needs for a healthy lifestyle and the skills needed to nurture both one’s body and mind, in order to create an environment conducive to physical health and personal Well-Being.  How well we are doing each day is a reflection of our general Well-Being.  Feeling great results from a good balance of all parts of our lives - physical, mental, emotional, and work domains. 

At the end of this course, you will:
